- Buttock augmentation can be performed either with autologous fat or with implants. A buttock lift is necessary if there is also excess skin and the tissue is sagging, e.g. after weight loss. An autologous fat augmentation is particularly useful if only a moderate increase in volume is desired.
- The treatment usually takes about 2 to 3 hours
- Downtime: 2 to 4 weeks

- Autologous fat: after 4 weeks, final result after approx. 3 months
- Implants: after 4 weeks
- Lifting: after approx. 3 months

The treatment is carried out in two steps: First, excess fatty tissue is removed from previously defined areas. The tissue is then inserted specifically into the areas that are to be given more volume.
Usually 2-3 sessions are necessary. With implants, the shape of the buttocks can be enlarged to a greater extent and in a more controlled manner. The incision is made in the gluteal fold between the buttocks and the implant is inserted either under the muscle fascia or into the muscle.

As an alternative to surgical liposuction, we offer the reduction of fatty tissue using a low-pain outpatient machine application:
EmSculpt uses magnetic resonance to both reduce fatty tissue and build up muscle tissue. The treatment of the abdomen or buttocks leads to a firming and definition of the muscles. As a rule, four treatments are carried out at intervals of two to three days. A repeat treatment can be carried out if necessary.
