One of the best hospitals in the world: University Hospital Basel in the top 20

In the ranking produced by the American news magazine “Newsweek", University Hospital Basel was named the 15th best hospital in the world and third best in Switzerland. The ranking was carried out by the analysis firm Statista and is based on evaluations from patient surveys, measurements of quality, and surveys of nurses, doctors and other health care professionals.
