The support of patients' relatives is very important. They are very welcome here.

Visiting hours by appointment

Visiting hours are daily from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. and 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. Please make an appointment:

• Unit A: Tel. +41 61 265 52 31
• Unit B: Tel. +41 61 265 52 71
• Units C / D: Tel. +41 61 265 24 93

Visitor rules:

• Maximum of two people at a time.
• Visiting time per visit approximately one hour.
• No more than 4 people per day.
• Children under the age of 12 by appointment only.
• Absolute ban on visits for people with a cough, cold, sore throat and/or fever.
• Additional rules apply in the event of isolation due to infectious pathogens.

In exceptional situations, visiting times can also be arranged outside the time window in consultation with the treatment team.

For the benefit of our patients, new visiting hours have applied in the maternity and postnatal ward since January 1, 2024:

• 1 caregiver: 10.00 am to 9.00 pm
• Siblings: 2 p.m. to 7 p.m.
• Lunch break: 12.30 to 14.00 hrs

Visits to the antenatal and postnatal ward are permitted for the partner or a caregiver and siblings.

If you would like to receive other visitors, you can use the foyer or our "Giardino" cafeteria on the first floor.
