Combating lack of exercise: exercises to do at home
"Dehaim gsund blyybe" is the name of the format launched by the University Hospital Basel together with Telebasel during the Covid-19 lockdown. It is aimed primarily at the older generation, who suffer particularly quickly from the consequences of a lack of exercise. You can find an overview of all the videos broadcast here.
