The CIP at the USB

"CIP" stands for "continuous improvement process", i.e. constant improvement in small steps. All employees can contribute ideas for improvement, which are discussed and implemented interprofessionally at regular intervals. The numerous small steps can lead to a significant improvement in one's own department or cross-departmental processes in the long term.

If you would like to find out more about CIP - the continuous improvement process - we look forward to receiving your questions pzm@usb.ch
