Our laboratory medicine makes an important contribution to correct diagnosis and therapy monitoring. We enable the specialist staff at the University Hospital Basel to provide optimal patient care. Our customers also include other hospitals and medical practices.
We carry out analyses in the fields of clinical chemistry, diagnostic haematology, medical immunology and medical microbiology. 240 employees carry out around 7.1 million analyses for you every year - around the clock, 365 days a year.
Our laboratories are equipped with state-of-the-art technology. Our well-trained, competent staff use manual, microscopic and automated methods, supported by modern laboratory IT for rapid transmission of results.
In our analysis directory you will find our entire range of services in alphabetical order and with a search function. It is constantly updated and contains important additional information, for example on methods and pre-analysis.
