Our services
Salary and pension fund
The USB pays all employees a fair salary in line with the market in accordance with the USB salary system. This is based on the requirements of the position on the one hand, and on the qualifications and experience of the employee on the other, and is supplemented by a 13th month's salary.
In addition, employees benefit from above-average pension fund contributions from USB and can choose their preferred savings plan themselves.
Supplementary insurance
With accident insurance (UVK), permanent employees have the option of taking out voluntary supplementary insurance. It covers costs that are not covered by health insurance - for example, dental treatment or glasses. The premiums for this supplementary insurance are paid by the employees themselves.
Referral bonus
Do you know someone who would be a perfect fit for us? If so, it pays off twice: for every successful referral to fill a vacancy at the USB, you will receive up to CHF 1,500. This is made possible by our employee referral program "Tell-A-Friend" (TAF).
Employees working in shifts
Shift work is demanding - that's why we offer you specific benefits and fair conditions. These include financial bonuses for evening, late, weekend and public holiday shifts as well as an additional 30 percent time credit for night shifts. Those who step in at short notice within 48 hours receive 50 percent time credit.
In addition, we pay a monthly changing allowance of CHF 60 (for full-time employees) and allow you to have a say in the organization of your work schedule. We also support you with offers from our company health management program on topics such as sleep, nutrition and relaxation.
